I have just returned from a good stay in this budget hotel, well priced rooms. It has PARTICULARLY GOOD, favourable setting, very close to Easy to find, the outskirts of Tokyo, and shopping centres. It's next to Masagotofu, where you can have dinner.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a train station, and it was a great find! The location was amazing, just a short walk from the station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was small but clean, and it had all the basic amenities I needed, including toiletries. The attention to detail was impressive, with the room fully stocked and even provided with 2 water bottles daily. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the affordable prices. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
No major issues, everything was ok.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location could not be better - it's right next to the railway station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Plus, there are two big malls within a short walk, so we had plenty of shopping options. The room was small but comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, even with their limited English. And the buffet breakfast was reliable and tasty. Definitely recommend!
The only downside was a slight musky smell in the smoking room, but it wasn't too overpowering.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the spacious room and comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the Hashimoto station, making it easy to explore the nearby shopping arcade. I also enjoyed having a 24-hour Mini Stop shop right next to the hotel lobby for any last-minute needs.
my xmas experience at this hotel fell short of my expectations.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around town. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. The hotel had English translations readily available, making it easy to navigate for non-native Japanese speakers. Additionally, there was a convenience store on the premises and a nearby restaurant. the hotel provided great value for the price.
The room was quite small and could be uncomfortable for taller guests. It was also a bit dusty in some areas, which could be problematic for those with allergies.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel near a train station on the outskirts of Tokyo. The location was very convenient, being a short walk from the station and close to transport options. The room I stayed in was small but clean, with all the necessary toiletries provided. There was also a convenience store downstairs and a restaurant across the street. The staff were friendly and pleasant. it was a value for money choice.
One downside was that there was some issue with the bathtub drain, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor.
